• Free Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge if done at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

• No-Show: Failure to show up without prior notice will also result in a 50% charge of the service fee.
